Resheda House is a board-certified nurse practitioner in both family practice and psychiatric mental health. Resheda believes that every shoe does not fit every patient and patients must be listened to in order to develop a customized adaptable treatment plan.
To help both children and adults with their mental health journey, Resheda takes a holistic/integrative approach that includes education, lifestyle changes, supplement/medication management and nutritional/functional assessment. Resheda graduated from Community College of Allegheny County with her associate’s degree in nursing, a bachelor of science in nursing from University of Pittsburgh, a family nurse practitioner masters from University of Pittsburgh, and a psychiatric mental health practitioner masters from Herzing University.
