Taneestar is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She is a seasoned, compassionate healthcare professional with over 20 yrs. of nursing experience and brings a wealth of expertise to the realm of mental health care. Over the past decade, she has specialized in the dynamic field of Sleep Medicine. It was her career in Sleep Medicine that prompted her to expand her knowledge and expertise in mental health. 

Taneestar's journey in healthcare has been marked by a commitment to nursing excellence. She holds a dual certification with a Post Graduate Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the Passan School of Nursing from Wilkes University. She is also certified as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner which she obtained from Wilmington University where she graduated with Honors and was inducted into the Honors Society of Nursing Sigma Theta Tau- Omicron-Gamma Chapter. Taneestar also has a decade of specialized experience in Sleep Medicine.
